Abstract

This Intervention Plan corresponds to the Final Degree Project of the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Universidad Siglo 21, Río Cuarto. After the analysis carried out at I.P.E.M N°193 José María Paz in the town of Saldán (Córdoba), it is suggested to implement a peer support group, to reduce the prevalence of bullying. The first stage of the Action Plan consists of the administration of questionnaires to students and the subsequent  analysis  of the data collected.  These  instruments are: "Sociometric
Questionnaire for Pre-adolescents", "Peer Roles in Fights" and "Questionnaire to Evaluate the Social Climate of the School Center". The second stage comprises 5 sessions with the students who make up the support group, together with a meeting with their parents; 2 collaborative workshops with teachers and individual interviews with students who have been assaulted and also with those who actively participate in conflicts. Once this stage is completed, the impact of the intervention is evaluated through the administration of the questionnaires above. The third stage culminates with a closing ceremony for the support group.
